About

At Droodle, we believe creativity should be joyful, safe, and accessible to every child.
Droodle is a kids’ creative AI app for iPad that turns simple doodles into imaginative artworks. Designed exclusively for children aged 4–10, Droodle helps kids explore their creativity through drawing, tracing, and playful AI transformations.
But Droodle isn’t just about art - it’s about safe creativity. Our platform is built from the ground up to protect children. Every prompt is filtered to block inappropriate content, and our AI model is trained to generate child-appropriate results only. Once a creation is complete, all AI data is immediately deleted - nothing is stored, nothing is reused. Parents can trust that their child’s imagination is in safe hands.

Who We Are
We're a Melbourne, Australia based team of parents, developers, and designers who share a vision: technology should nurture imagination.

Our Founder
Droodle was founded by Natalie Higson, a Melbourne-based designer, developer and parent. With years of experience building apps, Natalie saw the need for a safe and imaginative space where kids could explore AI powered creativity without exposure to inappropriate content, ads, or hidden data collection.
"As a parent, I wanted an app I could feel good about giving to my child - something that sparks creativity, respects their privacy, and keeps them safe online. That’s what Droodle is all about." - Natalie Higson
The Heart of Droodle
At its core, Droodle is more than just an app - it’s a creative companion for kids. Whether they’re tracing their first shapes, exploring fantasy worlds, or showing off their “Look what I created!” gallery, Droodle grows with them and celebrates their imagination every step of the way.
